Ms. Watson began her informal training as a psychotherapist at a very young age from her father, also a psychotherapist in the community. Ms. Watson completed her formal training by earning a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University in 2015. She also had advanced certification in Clinical Hypnosis from the North Texas Society of Clinical Hypnosis and training in trauma and PTSD under Dr. Colin Ross. In addition, she is a trained facilitator for "Prepare/Enrich" which is a research based program used to strengthen relationships and marriages.
Her practice involves assessing current concerns and helping the individual create a new life experience. She focuses on the principles of personal responsibility for building quality of life by using a combination of cognitive awareness and unconscious approaches.
