• $120 for individual session – 50 minutes
• $175 for couples/family session – 90 minutes

There is an additional 15% fee when payment is not rendered at the time of service.  Tracy does not file insurance; payment in full is due at the time services are rendered, unless you make special arrangements with her beforehand. Tracy accepts credit cards, checks, or cash.

Tracy holds 50-minute individual sessions and 90-minute couples/family sessions. If you need to cancel an appointment, you must give Tracy 24 hours notice. Otherwise you will be charged for the missed appointment. Sessions are expected to begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival on your part will not extend the scheduled ending time for a session. Tracy is also expected to be on time, and she will make appropriate remedy if she is late, such as by making up the time, prorating the fee, etc. The frequency of sessions and the length of the psychotherapy are aspects of the work that you and Tracy will decide together as you proceed. Generally, your psychotherapy will continue until you and Tracy together decide that your work is complete.
